How to Find Us
Connell Outdoor Pursuits is based in the North Highlands of Scotland near the village of Dornoch on the East Coast of Sutherland. From our activity base on the croft we offer a variety of archery sessions, from beginner to advanced, along with personalised activities and tours.

We also operate right across the Highlands of Scotland, offering sea and loch fishing as well as guided shooting and whisky tasting packages. If you are dreaming of custom tours and activities of the Highlands get in touch.

Public Transport
There is no public transport currently to Connell Outdoor Pursuits. We recommend visitors take personal transport or arrange a taxi service to our venue.
By road
From the South
Take the A9 main route north from Inverness and follow signs for 'North Coast 500' until you pass Tain and the Dornoch Firth bridge, approximately 45 minutes north of Inverness. Take the right turning just after the bridge, following signs to 'Cuthill'. Continue along this single track road for approximately 3 minutes until you see signs for Connell Outdoor Pursuits on the right hand side.
From the North
Take the A9 main route south towards Tain and Inverness. Pass the turn offs towards Dornoch and continue towards the Dornoch Firth bridge. Just before the bridge you will see a left hand turnoff towards 'Cuthill'. Take this turning and continue along the single track road for approximately 3 minutes until you see signs for Connell Outdoor Pursuits on the right hand side.
Nearest town
The nearest town is Dornoch on the east coast of Sutherland.
Bus links
Dornoch has bus connections to Inverness, Tain, Golspie and other villages in central and east coast Sutherland nearby. Bus links are also available to villages and towns further north including Wick and Thurso.

Dornoch does not have a train station. The nearest train stations to Dornoch are Tain, Ardgay and Golspie on the Far North Line, all of which have connections to Inverness, Wick and Thurso.
